CTWI — Our Partner
Through our Workforce Agreements, we aim to increase access to career opportunities in the unionized construction trades for underrepresented communities.
Our nonprofit partner, CTWI (Construction Trades Workforce Initiative), has been authorized to build and expand pre-apprenticeship programs on behalf of the Council and to connect community members to state-approved apprenticeship programs in our region.
